The play—meant to educate children in Grades 4-8 about gender identify, diversity, and equality—is about a family struggling with their year nine-year-old girl coming out as a boy.

'Flu-like symptoms leave infant dead, 14 ill
MORLEY, Alta.—RCMP and paramedics were called to a rural home west of Calgary yesterday where an infant was pronounced dead and 14 other people were found suffering from influenza-like symptoms.
Cpl. Curtis Peters said Mounties went to a home in Morley, on the Stoney Nakoda First Nation 60 km west of Calgary, to check on a report of a child in medical distress.
Alberta to lift ban on bear rehab
EDMONTON—A ban on private rehabilitation of orphaned black bear cubs in Alberta is to be lifted by the province in the coming weeks.
The ban, which has been in place since 2010, has meant that bears orphaned in the province have been killed or sent to zoos.
Officials say they have been working with wildlife sanctuary operators to develop a new policy.
